Bovis Homes

A homebuilder needed an urgent delivery to a completed house that had access problems. The D.A.D team of fitters who took the appliance out went the extra yard to complete the delivery. They carefully carried the appliance to the house, making sure not to cause any damage to the newly laid garden as they did so. Both the homebuilder and the homeowner thanked the team for their careful delivery and customer service.

Just to let you know, the delivery guys were great, they even took it off the trolley and carried it so as not to harm garden plants when getting it to the back door.

With customers across the country and the strength of a leading brand in the marketplace, Co-Op Electrical often experiences a huge demand for particular products. When the stores ran out of stock of a core line, they needed products to meet demand as soon as possible.

The Wright Buy

When D.A.D introduced a promotion of a free Tastecard with selected Montpellier products, The Wright Buy wanted to promote the offer online. However, they were having difficulty creating marketing collateral. Our marketing team worked closely with the customer to produce banner ads and online content to make sure the promotion came across loud and clear to the end user.

The Tastecard promotion was successfully implemented online for The Wright Buy, and the business saw a corresponding increase in sales.

LOFT Interiors

LOFT Interiors were fitting appliances into student accommodation and had placed a large order of 300 washing machines. They needed each appliance to be delivered on a call off basis. Sheffield City Council

In 2014 Sheffield City Council asked organisations to tender for provision of goods and appliances. D.A.D won the business and introduced a framework to deliver economies of scale for the Council, which has to operate under tight financial constraints.

D.A.D have helped the Council make sure some of the most vulnerable people in the city have managed to sustain their tenancy. We have since rolled out the framework, introducing best value to other third parties too.
